We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery within a credit risk and commodity trading environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in credit risk concepts, robust business analysis skills, and the ability to bridge business and IT teams across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into functionality
• Assess risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact of proposed solutions
• Model processes, data flows, and technology to understand current value, identify issues, and recommend improvements
• Create and update clear documentation of requirements to align with the solution over the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability from business needs through testing to final solution
• Interact with software suppliers, designers, and developers to understand software limitations and ensure business requirements and use cases are addressed




• Configure and document software and processes using agreed standards and tools
• Define acceptance criteria and validate that solutions meet business needs through coordinated testing and UAT support
• Present compelling business cases to justify solution value and secure approval, funding, and prioritization
• Lead stakeholder management activities, large design sessions, and workshops
• Lead teams in completing business analysis activities on projects
• Educate stakeholders, including Product Owners and business partners, on Agile ways of working
• Balance multiple priorities while bridging communication between business and IT teams

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of Credit Risk functions, Commodity Derivatives (physical & financial), price curves, and credit risk concepts such as LGD, ECL, PD
