Job Description - Manager Manufacturing

APAR has engaged with one of the leading consultants for a business transformation project in SAP. The project will involve revisiting current processes and automating the same with a view to leverage SAP. The recruitment position will initially work exclusively in this project, understanding the business process and ensuring the same is well documented in the Business blueprint phase. The candidate will be fully responsible for his/her area for drafting the BBP, To-be process, unit & system integrated testing, and go-live. We are looking for a 12 15-months time period to go-live. Post the go-live; the candidate will be absorbed in the respective function.

Post Project completion - Sub Plant Head

Position Purpose: We are looking for an experienced manufacturing skilled with 7-8 years of experience in manufacturing operations and proven exposure to SAP implementation and digital transformation projects.

Carrier Trajectory:

Post successful completion of SAP implementation project (after 12 15-months), candidate will be absorbed back into business operations into following potential positions (indicative and not limited to)

- Senior Manager position in Manufacturing with additional responsibilities such as:
- Managing larger manufacturing teams
- Leading SAP stabilization and enhancement projects
- Driving OEE, yield, productivity, and cost improvement
- Multi-functional coordination across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and finance

- Operational leadership role responsible for:
- Complete plant operations and Business KPI delivery
- Safety, quality, production, maintenance, inventory, and cost
- Digital manufacturing initiatives
- Workforce leadership
