Job Description:

- Provide SAP SD functional support and resolve issues related to sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, and credit management.

- Analyze and resolve pricing procedure and output determination issues.

- Handle end-user tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.

- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and coordinate with technical teams.

- Support order-to-cash (O2C) processes and participate in project status meetings.
