Required Skills and Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Cyber Ark PAM Cloud or Privilege Cloud administration and L3 operational support.
In-depth knowledge of Cyber Ark tenants, connectors, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, CPM, Secure Tunnel, Safes, platforms, policies, and operational logs.
Demonstrated experience in application onboarding, privileged-account onboarding, service-account onboarding, platform configuration, CPM plug-in customization, PSM connector setup, password rotation, and reconciliation.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, Power Shell, identity integrations, SSO, MFA, SIEM, Service Now, cloud platforms, networking, firewalls, proxies, TLS, and PKI.
Robust experience in ITIL incident, problem, change, and risk-management processes, including RCA preparation, CAB participation, and audit support.




Effective stakeholder communication and the ability to work with application owners, security teams, infrastructure teams, auditors, vendors, and service-management stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Cyber Ark Defender, Sentry, Guardian, or equivalent Cyber Ark certification.
Cyber Ark PAM administration and Cyber Ark Cloud migration experience.
Experience in enterprise security operations, identity-security governance, SIEM integrations, and Dev Ops secrets-management use cases.
ITIL Foundation certification and experience mentoring technical operations teams.
