What youll be doing:

- Relentlessly focus on order booking and on-time-shipment of orders
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Drive communication with internal and external partners
- Work with Sales, Sales Operations, IT and Finance teams to resolve issues
- Order booking and fulfillment within ERP and CRM systems
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
- Building your brand to foster trusting relationships with business partners
- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
- Provide escalation support to Sales and external partners
- Ability to work extended hours as needed, especially at month and quarter end
- Working with distributors, manufacturing suppliers & logistics vendors

Experience youll need:

- 2+ years of relevant experience within Ops, Order Management, or a similar role
- Previous experience with Salesforce and Net Suite systems (or equivalent system)
- Experience in a high volume / multi transactional setting
- Supply chain processes (e.g. order booking, inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Analytical mind with business acumen.
- Bachelors degree
