Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the workflow and fostering an environment where innovative solutions can thrive.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.




- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with scalable and high-performance software development.
- Ability to implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Jakarta EE.
- The candidate should be willing to work from client location in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days a week.
- A 15 years full time education is required."
