Skills & Qualifications:
Experience Range - 5 to 10 years with at least 4 years spent in delivery working in Big Data Engineering on premise / AWS / Azure / GCP
Education ME / BE / MCA / BCA (BDE add on course preferred)
Gen AI Savvy, has applied Gen AI in coding, generating test cases, documentation, architecture, research, making pilots/proposals
Valuable communication skills

Job Description:
Collaborate with AWS / Azure/GCP technical architects working in projects - to get details about newer demands, gaps / focus areas, design / solution patterns
Train and Lead Incubation Lab members on AWS / Azure /GCP, PySpark , Databricks & SQL, standards best practices - Up to 20 members at SE / SSE / DE / SDE level per month.

These members are expected to attend 2 to 3 classroom sessions every week on PySpark, Databricks, and ADF.




Possess an advanced understanding of Generative AI concepts and cloud GenAI offerings.
Incorporate GenAI concepts and cloud GenAI patterns into learning programs, incubation labs, and advanced POCs where relevant.
Enable learners to understand how GenAI integrates with modern data engineering workflows.
Evaluate Lab members on the POCs they have completed and provide them with regular feedback and overall capability ratings.
Identify people who are not committed or capable quickly and highlight them to Staffing / HR for any immediate corrective action.
Prepare skill-level assessment questions.
