Job Description:

- Plan and execute statutory audit engagements for clients across non-financial sectors such as manufacturing, IT, FMCG, infrastructure, retail, and other industries.

- Review financial statements, schedules, ledgers, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Apply knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Indian GAAP, and relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

- Perform audit procedures, including substantive testing, analytical reviews, verification of balances, and examination of financial transactions.

- Evaluate key financial statement areas, including revenue, expenses, fixed assets, inventory, receivables, payables, provisions, and other balance sheet items.

- Conduct audit walkthroughs, identify financial reporting risks,



and assess internal controls relevant to the audit.

- Prepare and review audit working papers, audit documentation, financial schedules, and supporting evidence.

- Identify audit observations, accounting discrepancies, and potential non-compliance, and communicate findings to the engagement team and client management.

- Assist in the preparation and review of audit reports, management letters, CARO reporting, and IFC-related documentation, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with client finance teams to obtain audit evidence, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of audit assignments.
