Hiring: SPE/SME/Team lead/Manager – Cash and position TLM Reconciliation | Hyderabad

We are hiring candidates for Cash & Position Reconciliation within financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cash reconciliation across multiple accounts.

- Reconcile cash entries between custodian statements and internal systems.

- Investigate, track, and resolve cash and position breaks.

- Perform position reconciliation across equities, fixed income, and other asset classes.

- Coordinate with settlements, treasury, custodians, and internal teams for break resolution.

- Maintain exception logs, reconciliation trackers, and investigation records.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, maker-checker controls, quality standards, and SLAs.





- Prepare daily reconciliation reports, break summaries, and MIS reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1–14 years of experience in financial services operations.

- Experience in Cash Reconciliation, Position Reconciliation, Settlements, or Fund Accounting.

- Understanding of cash flows, trade settlements, custodian processes, and financial asset classes.

- Exposure to reconciliation tools such as Intellimatch, Auto Rek, or Smart Stream is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Positive attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions.
