Sr. QA Automation Engineer
About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in automation & manual testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation test scripts for web applications.

Experience with Cypress/Playwright, and Selenium is preferred. The candidate should be passionate about quality, automation, and improving overall testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and AI-powered applications.

- Build and enhance automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, API and Automation similar tools.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, smoke, and sanity testing.

- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business requirements.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts using Java Script/Type Script.

- Execute automated and manual test suites, analyse results, and ensure quality delivery.

- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution using defect management tools.

- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business users, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure solution quality.

- Contribute to improving test automation coverage, QA processes, and CI/CD integration.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement reviews, test strategy discussions, and release validation activities.

- Report testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics in a timely manner.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation and Manual, API,Automation & Functional Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Cypress (preferred), Playwright, and Selenium.

- Good knowledge of Java Script and/or Type Script.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and test lifecycle management.

- Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

- Good understanding of web application testing and end-to-end validation.

- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar.

- Explicit explanation, structured thinking, ability to articulate technical concepts, stakeholder communication

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise software development initiatives by combining strong project management practices with deep technical expertise and domain knowledge in Loan and Lending Management. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between Product Management, Engineering teams, and Business Stakeholders,



ensuring successful project delivery while serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned products. Key Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management Lead and manage enterprise software development projects from initiation through delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple initiatives. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives. Prepare and present project status updates, delivery roadmaps, and progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Product, and Business teams to drive successful execution. Agile & Scrum Leadership Serve as the Scrum Master for development teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles and best practices across project teams. Mentor and coach team members on Agile methodologies, collaboration, and delivery excellence. Experience Requirements (Updated) Minimum 10+ years of experience managing software development projects. At least 3+ years of experience in a Software development role good to have. Mandatory experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Lending Management platforms. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), project governance, and release management processes. Technical background— strong knowledge of modern enterprise tech stacks including .NET/Java, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS/Azure in project.
