Job description

- Drive a team of electrical engineers to achieve the business targets.
- Design and develop electric motors with induction motor technology in single & three phase
- Design & Develop motors to comply with BEE regulations.
- Design and develop electric motors with BLDC/PMSM/SRM technologies
- Optimization of the existing motor designs for cost & performance.
- Manage project development on time and achieve differentiation in product
- VE/VA activities with material substitutions, etc.
