Role Description The Operations Manager – Bangalore will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across outlets to ensure smooth functioning, consistent product quality, and high customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in bangalore and involves monitoring store performance, managing staffing levels, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational standards. The Operations Manager will track key metrics such as sales, costs, and wastage, implement process improvements, and enforce standard operating procedures.



The role includes working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment, adherence to hygiene and safety norms, and compliance with company policies. The Operations Manager will also support training, performance management, and engagement of frontline staff to build a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including outlet oversight, process implementation, and adherence to SOPs.
- Experience with restaurant or QSR operations, including inventory control, supply chain coordination, and cost management.
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams, with a focus on performance, quality standards, and customer experience.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including analyzing sales, productivity, and efficiency metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or retail operations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Willingness to work in office, travel across outlets as needed, and adapt to a quick-paced, growth-oriented environment.
