Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the R2R team, ensuring timely delivery of activities as per client agreements.

• Review journal entries (JEs) and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timely closure of aged items.

• Act as the first-level escalation point for process owners and the Infosys R2R team.

• Implement process controls, quality assurance plans, and risk mitigation initiatives.

• Drive process transformation, motivate the team to achieve SLA targets, and monitor service-level metrics.
