Senior Software Development Lead

Job requirements

Experience Range: At least 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong front-end specialization and demonstrated technical leadership, ideally within AI-augmented engineering environments Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications, ensuring high-quality user experiences across platforms
- Own front-end architecture, reusable component libraries, and enforce enterprise UI standards for consistency and efficiency
- Develop robust user interfaces using React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks, optimizing for accessibility, performance, and scalability
- Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python, integrating seamlessly with front-end applications
- Mentor and guide development teams on architecture, coding best practices, and technical decision-making to foster engineering excellence
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, engineering standards, and quality governance, ensuring compliance and security
- Lead cloud-native deployments using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, optimizing for reliability and scalability

Required Skills:

- Expert proficiency in React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Robust understanding of responsive design principles
- Deep knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines




- Expertise in front-end performance profiling and optimization techniques
- Backend development expertise with Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python
- API development using REST and GraphQL
- Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure, with AWS or GCP also acceptable
- CI/CD pipeline configuration using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools
- Containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Preferred Skills:

- Experience building reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems
- Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture
- Knowledge of Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Exposure to GenAI, Agentic AI platforms, or AI-powered applications
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot Workspace, or similar platforms
- Experience with Event-Driven Architectures and Message Queues
- Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing
- Experience developing enterprise SaaS applications

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
- Certification in front-end or full stack development such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer
- Certification in cloud-native or DevOps practices, such as Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
- Relevant AI/ML certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) is a plus
