Role Description The Electrical Maintenance Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Valsad. This role is responsible for overseeing the electrical maintenance of production machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure to ensure safe and uninterrupted operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, diagnosing electrical issues, coordinating repairs, and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules. The position involves supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, documenting maintenance work, and collaborating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime. The Electrical Maintenance Incharge will also assist in planning upgrades, recommending improvements,



and supporting adherence to relevant electrical and industrial regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, panels, motors, drives, and control circuits.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial plant workplace.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and statutory compliance for electrical installations.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting electrical faults in production machinery and utilities.
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Willingness to work on-site in Valsad and support shift-based or emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
- Previous experience in wire manufacturing or similar heavy manufacturing industry is an advantage.
