Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Territory Manager to promote and sell critical care and surgical products across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Build relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and purchase teams.
- Drive sales, generate leads, and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations.
- Manage key accounts, hospital orders, tenders, and payment collections.
- Monitor competitors, maintain CRM records, and expand territory business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering,



or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device, surgical, or critical care sales.
- Strong hospital networking, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
