The Territory Manager – BBT will be responsible for expanding NEDS’s market presence in the North region by promoting bus‑bar trunking and related electrical solutions. Reporting to the Business Development department (L7 – IN – LEGRAND), the role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to achieve revenue targets, build lasting customer relationships, and support the company’s growth strategy within the capital equipment sector.

Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers in the North region for bus‑bar trunking and related products.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing technical support and solution recommendations.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Business Development team.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospects.
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows,



and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing while adhering to company policies.
- Travel extensively across the North region to meet clients and oversee installations.

Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of sales or technical support experience in the capital equipment industry.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Bus Bar Trunking systems.
- Experience handling the North region market.
- Familiarity with preferred industries: C & S, L K, Schneider, EAE.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
