- Tender Identification & Tracking: Monitor government sector portals.
- Proposal Development:
- Analyze tender documents and extract key requirements.
- Draft and compile technical and financial proposals in line with client specifications.
- Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and professionally presented.
- Manage communication with clients during the pre-bid and post-submission phases.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain a repository of standard documents, credentials, and templates.
