About the Role:

Balaji Marketing Experts is seeking a proactive, confident, and result-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Rohini. You will serve as the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your core objective will be to reach out to business owners, founders, and key decision-makers, introduce our digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Ads, Website Development, and Lead Generation), and build a solid pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to prospective business clients from provided lead lists and databases.
- Lead Qualification: Identify the marketing needs and challenges of potential clients, handle basic queries, and assess their interest levels.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule discovery calls, demos, or strategy meetings for the senior sales team.




- Pipeline & Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with warm leads to move them further down the sales funnel.
- CRM & Database Management: Accurately record daily call activities, notes, objections, and lead statuses in our tracking system.
- Effective Pitching: Clearly articulate the value and ROI of our digital marketing services in a persuasive and professional manner.

Key Requirements & Skills:

- High School diploma or Bachelor’s degree (prior experience in B2B telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales is preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media).
- Solid verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive pitching skills.
- Confident objection-handling abilities and a target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRMs or Google Sheets.
