Job Title Tender Executive

Location Thazhambur, Chennai

Experience 3 – 5 Years

Industry Preference Drone / Aerospace / Defense / Manufacturing

Work Mode In office

Role Overview The ideal candidate will support the tendering team in identifying, preparing, and submitting government and institutional tenders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Track and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, and state/central government portals

Prepare technical and commercial documentation required for tender submission

Coordinate EMD, bank guarantees, and other statutory paperwork with internal teams

Complete online tender registration, bid submission, and query response within deadlines

Maintain an updated tender database and status tracker





Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and corrigenda

Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams to gather documents needed for bids

Ensure all submissions comply with tender terms and organizational guidelines

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline

3–5 years of experience in tender/bid documentation and submission

Familiarity with GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and documentation tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
