Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telesales Representative role based in Banglore.

The Telesales

Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, explain ALYF’s holiday home offerings, and guide them through the sales process.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role involves building strong customer relationships, addressing questions and concerns,



and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The representative will also participate in ongoing product and sales training to stay updated on offerings and market trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead qualification, persuasive selling, and closing capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to absorb product knowledge and participate in ongoing sales and process training.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, basic computer proficiency, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or real estate sales is an advantage, though motivated candidates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
