Role Description The Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. In this role, the executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce Shish Technology’s services, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Daily responsibilities include explaining service offerings, answering customer queries, maintaining call records, and following up with interested leads.

The executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets, provide feedback from customers,



and support ongoing campaigns. The role also involves delivering courteous customer service, managing objections professionally, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear verbal articulation and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and help close deals.
- Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with CRM or call management tools, and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior telesales or call center experience is an advantage; a background in digital marketing or IT services is beneficial.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
