About the Role

PropertyDotCom is looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to communicate with customers, handle property-related inquiries, follow up with leads, and support the company's sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound-outbound calls to potential customers and property leads.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain property-related services and provide basic information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property visits when required.
- Update customer details and call reports in Excel or the company's system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.
