? Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding loan and financial products.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and basic documentation requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally over phone calls.
- Coordinate with the sales and back-office teams.
- Maintain customer call records and update lead details.
- Follow up with customers to support loan application processing.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in the finance or loan industry will be given first preference.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
? Salary & Incentives
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
- Additional Incentives: Performance-based incentives
