Telecaller – EV Charging (Maradu, Kochi)

PIXELLENERGY SOLUTIONS PVT LTD builds EV charging stations through a franchise network across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. We are expanding our sales desk at our Maradu, Kochi office and are hiring telecallers who enjoy talking to people and converting interest into appointments.

Why you'll like this job

- Warm leads only – every call is to someone who has already enquired about an EV charging station through our Meta / Google ads. No cold calling, no data hunting.
- Fixed day shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Office job – no field work, no night shift.
- Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives on every qualified lead that converts.

What you will do

- Call 60–80 enquiries a day and explain our EV charging franchise in simple Malayalam and English.
- Find out the prospect's budget, land / site, location and timeline.
- Book qualified prospects for our Business Development Managers and hand over a clear summary.




- Send brochures on WhatsApp and follow up by phone until the prospect decides.
- Update every call and follow-up in our CRM.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of telecalling / telesales with daily targets – insurance, banking, loans, real estate, ed-tech, franchise or similar.
- Fluent Malayalam and working English, with a clear and confident phone voice.
- Comfortable with a CRM, Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Lives in or can travel daily to Maradu / Ernakulam.
