ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a target-driven Telesales Executive to sell products/services over the phone, convert leads into customers, and consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads to pitch and sell products/services
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Convert inbound inquiries into qualified sales opportunities and close deals over the phone
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services/plans
- Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system
- Follow up with prospects at various stages of the sales funnel to drive conversions
- Coordinate with marketing/operations teams for lead handoffs, order processing, and after-sales support
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates with the reporting manager




- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor offerings

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Any Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); undergraduates with strong relevant experience may also be considered
- 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar phone-based sales role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in [languages required — e.g. English, Tamil, Hindi]
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven setting
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, data entry)

GOOD TO HAVE

- Prior experience in [specific industry — e.g. BFSI, EdTech, Real Estate, Insurance]
- Experience selling high-value products or subscription-based services
