We are looking for communicative and motivated candidates for a work-from-home telecalling role. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining the company’s software/services, generating leads and scheduling product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database.
Explain the company’s software/services and provide relevant information.
Understand customer requirements and handle basic queries.
Follow up with interested prospects and generate qualified leads.
Convince potential customers to schedule product demonstrations.
Maintain basic records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
Basic understanding of customer interaction and follow-ups.
Own smartphone required.
Willingness to learn and participate in virtual training.
