Job Summary

Pocketly is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for the position of Tele Collection Executive in our Collections & Recovery team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada. Candidates with prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Loan Collections, or Debt Recovery will have an added advantage. Training and guidance will be provided as required.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue EMIs and pending loan repayments.

● Follow up with customers to encourage timely repayment and resolve overdue accounts.

● Communicate professionally with customers, understand payment-related concerns, and negotiate repayment commitments.

● Track Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments and follow up on pending or missed payments.

● Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

● Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

● Update customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection status in the system.





● Follow company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, the Fair Practices Code (FPC), and ethical collection practices.

Eligibility Criteria

● Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

● Candidates with prior NBFC/Fintech collection or loan recovery experience will be preferred.

● Must be proficient in at least one of the following languages: ○ Tamil ○ Telugu ○ Malayalam ○ Kannada ● Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

● Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

● Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

● Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred. Salary & Benefits

● Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
