We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our insurance team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining health and other insurance products, understanding customer requirements, and generating leads for the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate insurance leads.
- Explain health insurance and other insurance products to customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide basic information about suitable insurance options.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into policies.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
- Provide professional customer service and resolve basic customer queries.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company system.

Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Positive convincing, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn about insurance products.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, insurance, customer support, or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
