We are hiring Telecallers for a full time, work-from-home role across West Bengal.
Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers, explain company software and services, understand customer requirements, follow up with interested prospects, generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations.
Requirements: Minimum HS pass, good communication skills, own smartphone and willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome.
Salary: ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month + performance-based incentives on successful lead closures. Mobile recharge reimbursement and free virtual training provided.
