Job Summary The Edge is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with prospective clients, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the company's sales and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain the company's services and generate business leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
- Maintain daily call records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams to support business growth.
10 2; graduates preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Good listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
