Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our prospective and existing clients, making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and promoting our products/services. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service or sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads, introduce our company offerings, and generate interest.

- Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information about products or services.

- Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and interest, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.

- Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-up calls with prospective clients to nurture relationships and close sales or appointments.

- Data Management: Accurately record customer details, call notes, and interaction statuses in the CRM database or tracking sheets daily.

- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly,



and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

- Education: High school diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and [insert preferred regional language, e.g., Hindi/Local Language].

- Soft Skills: Confident telephone etiquette, persuasive mindset, and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools.
