Role Description The Technical Trainer role at Dhee Coding Lab is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led training sessions in software engineering and/or data science, using explicit explanations, demonstrations, and practice exercises. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and course materials, conducting live classes and workshops, evaluating learner performance through assignments and assessments, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The role also involves updating training content in line with industry trends, supporting learners through doubt-clearing sessions, and collaborating with academic and product teams to improve curriculum quality.

The Technical





Trainer is expected to maintain a supportive classroom environment and contribute to the overall learning experience and outcomes of the cohort.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Technical Training, Training & Development, and experience working as Technical Trainers or in similar instructional roles.
- Proficiency in designing and delivering structured Training programs, with hands-on experience in technical training for Software Engineering and/web developement.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
- Solid practical experience with relevant programming languages, tools, and frameworks commonly used in software engineering or data science.
- Experience creating and updating curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
- Ability to manage a classroom, mentor diverse learners, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in relevant technologies are an advantage.
- Prior experience in edtech or academic institutions and familiarity with modern learning platforms and tools is preferred.
