This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes:
- Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule.
- Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors.
- Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution .
- Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools.
- Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving.
- Effectively communicate Project progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders.
- Takes ownership & manages Project changes to achieve Project outputs.
- Effectively applies Project management methodology, improves project execution standards.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

- Qualification in project management (Ex: PMP) (E)
