Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Manager with 2–3 years of experience to manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The candidate should have positive knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, along with strong analytical and Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and bookkeeping.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and vendor/customer payment tracking.

- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and expense verification.

- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance activities.

- Monitor cash flow, outstanding receivables, and company expenses.

- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and management reports.

- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and employee reimbursement records with HR.

- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.





- Coordinate with management, banks, vendors, customers, auditors, and external consultants.

- Ensure timely payments, collections, financial reporting, and compliance deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.

- Good understanding of financial reporting, invoicing, and cash flow management.

- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred: Experience working in an IT services or software company will be an added advantage.
