Role Summary
Senior security/network engineer responsible for NAC, AAA, wireless access-control integration, remoteaccess identity dependencies and application delivery/load-balancing services. The role combines Aruba
Explicit Pass/Cisco ISE expertise with hands-on Citrix Net Scaler implementation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities / Implementation Scope
Design, configure and migrate Network Access Control and AAA services using Aruba Clear Pass and
Cisco ISE.
Implement and troubleshoot wired/wireless 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, EAP-TLS/PEAP, endpoint
profiling, posture and role-based access policies.
Integrate NAC/AAA platforms with Active Directory, PKI/certificates, identity sources, network devices and
MFA services where required.
Configure and support Aruba Mobility Conductor integration and policy interactions with Clear Pass for
wireless access control.
Configure and support Citrix Net Scaler ADC/Gateway including virtual servers, service groups, monitors,
SSL/TLS, certificates, persistence, load-balancing methods and application publishing.
Support remote-access integration involving Cisco Any Connect / Cisco Secure Client and related
authentication/authorization policy flows.
Support Prisma Access / remote-user connectivity dependencies where the access-control workflow
intersects with NAC, identity or remote access.
Perform policy migration, platform cutover, functional testing, failover validation and production support
during implementation activities.
Troubleshoot authentication failures, certificate/EAP issues, RADIUS/TACACS flows,



load-balancer
health, SSL problems and end-to-end application access.
Develop implementation runbooks, policy/configuration workbooks, test cases, rollback plans and as-built
documentation.
Required Technical Skills
Area Required Hands-on Experience
Aruba Clear Pass Policy Manager, wired/wireless NAC, RADIUS, TACACS+, role mapping, enfprofiles, profiling and certificate-based authentication.
Cisco ISE AAA policy sets, RADIUS/TACACS+, 802.1X, profiling, authorization and intewith network infrastructure.
Aruba Wireless Aruba Mobility Conductor / controller integration, WLAN access-control depenand Clear Pass integration.
Citrix Net Scaler ADC/Gateway, virtual servers, service groups, health monitors, SSL/TLS, cerpersistence and load-balancing methods.
Remote Access Cisco Any Connect / Cisco Secure Client; authentication/authorization integratroubleshooting.
Identity / PKI Active Directory, PKI, certificates, EAP-TLS/PEAP, MFA integrations and endauthentication.
Troubleshooting RADIUS/TACACS logs, authentication flow analysis, certificate issues, packecaptures, ADC health and application-flow troubleshooting.
Certification Requirements
Mandatory: Relevant enterprise NAC / network security / ADC certification is required or strongly preferred
based on candidate seniority.
Preferred / Advantageous: Aruba Clear Pass certification, Cisco Security/ISE certification, Citrix
ADC/Net Scaler certification, or equivalent vendor credentials.
