Position: PRT English Teacher
Location - Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur Classes: Standard 1st to 5th
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Curriculum: Cambridge
RequirementsQualification:B.A/M.A. in English
B. Ed.: Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
Key Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Experience in the Cambridge curriculum will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in CBSE or ICSE curricula are also welcome to apply.

* Conduct parent counseling and school tours. * Build relationships within the local community. * Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and admission events. * Monitor enquiry-to-admission conversion and improve conversion rates. Operations & Leadership * Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards. * Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop staff. * Implement curriculum aligned with regulations and international frameworks. * Build strong parent relationships and community trust. * Manage budgets and ensure compliance with local laws. * Collaborate with international colleagues to implement best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education). * 5+ years of experience as a Preschool Centre Manager or in a similar leadership role. * Solid leadership and people management skills. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities. * Proficient in MS Office and HR systems. * Fluent in spoken and written English.
