Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Service Engineer role based in Wanaparthy.

The Technical Service

Engineer will provide technical services and support to customers and stakeholders, ensuring optimal use of cement and related products in various applications.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting product or application-related issues at project sites, conducting performance evaluations, and recommending technical solutions. The role involves working closely with sales and project teams, preparing technical reports,



conducting product demonstrations and trainings, and sharing feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.

The Technical Service

Engineer will also support quality assurance initiatives and promote best practices in cement usage and construction techniques in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Technical Services and Technical Support, with experience in cement, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proven Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret test results, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with customers, site engineers, internal teams, and for preparing technical documentation.
- Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work in office at project locations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of concrete technology, construction practices, and quality control standards; familiarity with safety and compliance norms is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic digital tools for reporting, data analysis, and presentations; prior experience in customer-facing technical roles is beneficial.
