About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive projects independently from initiation through delivery.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can take complete ownership of project execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks proactively, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Manage multiple project stakeholders, including business teams, engineering teams, product managers, and external partners.
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, status reports, and governance documentation.
- Drive project execution independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor project progress and provide accurate reporting on project health, timelines, resource utilization, and risks.
- Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing project management best practices and delivery frameworks.




- Work closely with technical teams to understand architecture, integrations, dependencies, and technical challenges.
- Drive successful project implementations while ensuring customer and business expectations are met.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of overall experience in Project Management, Software Delivery, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience managing at least three or more end-to-end technology projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
- Experience working with software development teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take complete ownership of project outcomes.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in project planning, estimation, budgeting, risk management, and resource management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Payments, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services domain is highly desirable.
- Exposure to card payments, transaction processing, digital payments, embedded finance, or payment platforms will be an added advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
