Position Details

- Role: ABAP Lead Consultant

- Experience: 05–07 Years

- Reporting To: SAP Technical Architect / Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ABAP development delivery for SAP projects.

- Prepare technical specifications and high-level designs.

- Develop and review RICEFW objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows.

- Support S/4HANA custom code remediation and simplification activities.

- Design and build CDS Views, OData Services and Fiori-enabled applications.

- Coordinate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.

- Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live and Hypercare activities.





- Manage offshore development teams and mentor junior consultants.

- Identify performance improvement opportunities and resolve production issues.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience
- 5–7 years of SAP ABAP implementation experience.

- Experience in at least one Greenfield and one Brownfield SAP project.

- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions.

- Robust experience in client-facing consulting roles.

Technical Skills
- ABAP, OOABAP, ALV, Dialog Programming

- CDS Views, AMDP and Code Pushdown concepts

- OData, SAP Gateway and Fiori integration

- BAPI, BADI, User Exits and Enhancement Framework

- Adobe Forms, SmartForms and SAP Scripts

- ALE/IDoc, RFC and Web Services

- Performance Tuning and ATC Checks
