About the Role

Movate is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative

AI, Agentic AI, machine learning, cloud technologies, and production deployment. The candidate will design, develop, deploy, and optimize enterprise-grade AI applications by integrating traditional software engineering with Generative AI and autonomous AI-agent capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build Python applications, backend services, APIs, and data-processing workflows.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI assistants, and autonomous workflows.
- Build AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Work with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Amazon SQS, or similar messaging platforms.
- Develop and optimize machine-learning models and algorithms.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training,



evaluation, and tuning.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions in cloud and production environments.
- Implement CI/CD, MLOps, LLMOps, monitoring, and model-serving practices.
- Develop RESTful services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Collaborate with frontend, data engineering, DevOps, platform, and business teams.
- Monitor application and model performance using Grafana, New Relic, or similar tools.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies such as Model Context Protocol and autonomous agents.
- Document experiments and present technical outcomes to stakeholders.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Master’s degree is desirable.
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, Python Development, or related roles.
- Minimum 1+ year of production-level Generative AI development experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of Agentic AI or AI-agent development exposure.
- Robust hands-on Python application-development experience.
- Experience deploying AI applications in cloud and production environments.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, microservices, APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Docker and Kubernetes
- CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps
- Model serving, monitoring, and production support

Distributed Systems

Experience with at least one of the following:
- Apache Kafka or Amazon MSK
- RabbitMQ
- Amazon SQS
- Event-driven architecture
- Asynchronous microservices communication

Databases

- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
- Relational SQL and NoSQL databases
- Vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS

Additional Skills

- NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLlib, or NLP libraries
- Databricks and Snowflake
- Data pipelines and workflow-management tools
- Structured and unstructured data analysis
- Machine-learning model development and optimization
- GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools
- Knowledge of Golang is an added advantage
- Experience with Grafana or New Relic
