Experience: 2–5 Years (Relevant Experience Preferred)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Documentation & Graphic Designer with strong expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other design software.

The ideal candidate should specialize in creating professional technical documents, product manuals, technical illustrations, diagrams, instruction guides, specification sheets, and product-related graphics.

This position requires a combination of technical design skills, excellent written English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand format.

Please note: This is primarily a technical documentation and illustration role, not a traditional creative, branding, or social media graphic design position.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop professional product user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, technical documents, and specification sheets.
- Create accurate technical diagrams, illustrations, line drawings, product graphics, and instructional visuals.
- Use CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to develop and edit technical documentation and graphics.
- Convert product photographs, engineering drawings, and reference materials into clean technical illustrations.
- Create step-by-step visual instructions, product feature diagrams, labeling diagrams, and annotated illustrations.
- Write, edit, format, and proofread technical content using clear and professional English.
- Organize technical information with appropriate layouts, typography, tables, symbols, and graphics.




- Develop print-ready and digital PDF documents with consistent formatting and qualified presentation.
- Review technical documents for accuracy, consistency, grammar, spelling, and visual quality.
- Work with product development, engineering, and management teams to understand product specifications and documentation requirements.
- Update and maintain existing technical documents as products and specifications change.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW (essential), Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proven experience in technical documentation, technical illustration, product manuals, or similar work.
- Excellent written English, including grammar, spelling, proofreading, and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to create technical drawings, vector illustrations, product diagrams, and instructional graphics.
- Strong document formatting, layout design, and typography skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and transform them into clear visual documentation.
- Proficiency in working with images, icons, symbols, labels, tables, and diagrams.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.




- Ability to manage multiple documentation projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience creating documentation for appliances, electronics, machinery, engineering products, or other technical equipment.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, or other desktop publishing tools.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, product components, and exploded-view illustrations.
- Experience preparing multilingual manuals or documentation for international markets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.

Important: Candidates must have hands-on experience in technical documentation or technical illustration. Applicants with only social media, logo design, or advertising graphic design experience may not be suitable for this position.

Portfolio Requirement: Applicants should share samples of technical manuals, instruction guides, technical diagrams, product documentation, or similar work they have created.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
