Technical Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology programs, drive business outcomes, and manage strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust blend of technology leadership, delivery governance, P&L; ownership, stakeholder management, and transformational program experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital, cloud, data, and application development programs.
- Manage multiple projects, programs, and delivery portfolios across global teams.
- Own delivery governance, financial performance, resource planning, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, margin improvement, and account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Lead account mining, business development, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution discussions.
- Drive transformation initiatives including cloud adoption, modernization, automation, AI/GenAI, and digital programs.
- Manage large distributed teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
- Ensure predictable project execution, risk management, quality compliance, and SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills

- 15 years of overall IT experience.
- 8 years in Technical Delivery Management, Program Management, or Delivery Leadership roles.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise programs and portfolios.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum,



SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
- Proven experience in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial governance.
- Strong client-facing experience with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience leading multi-location delivery teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and people leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation, or Digital Engineering.
- Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Automation programs.
- Experience in BFSI domains.
- Hands-on exposure to modern technology ecosystems such as Java, .NET, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices, Data Platforms, and Platform Engineering.
