The Senior Consultant for SAP Basis is responsible for SAP system administration, monitoring, performance tuning, transport management, user administration, system refresh, upgrades, patching, and technical support across SAP landscapes. The role involves ensuring system availability, stability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise applications while supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer and support SAP systems across ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, and related SAP landscapes.

2. Perform system monitoring, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for production and non-production environments.

3. Manage transports, client administration,



system refreshes, kernel upgrades, patching, and support pack activities.

4. Support SAP HANA database administration, backups, recovery, and technical integration activities.

5. Coordinate with functional, infrastructure, security, and third-party teams for issue resolution and planned changes.

6. Drive automation, documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement for SAP technical operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Solid hands-on expertise in SAP Basis administration, transport management, system monitoring, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

2. Experience with SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Solution Manager, and cloud/hybrid SAP environments.

3. Knowledge of performance tuning, database administration basics, backup/recovery, and high availability concepts.

4. Experience in integrations, RFCs, IDOCs, certificates, SAP router, and connectivity troubleshooting.

5. Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
