Techinical Recruiter - Europe/UK

This is a permanent role, working for a leading IT recruitment agency in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and engage with high-quality IT talent across the UK and Europe, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key IT professionals, ensuring a consistent flow of referrals and job orders.
- Utilize advanced recruitment techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract and engage with top IT talent.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure alignment on sales and marketing efforts, driving revenue growth and market share.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring accurate placement of candidates with our clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our recruitment services.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a leading agency or in-house recruitment team.
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and engaging with high-quality IT talent, with a strong focus on candidate experience and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the UK and European IT job market, with knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.





Technical Skills & Experience:

- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with recruitment software, such as Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, interview techniques, and offer negotiation.
- Ability to create and manage job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment materials.
- Experience with social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UK IT Recruiter experience, with a solid understanding of the UK IT job market and recruitment landscape.
- End-to-End IT Recruitment experience, with a focus on candidate assessment, interview techniques, and offer negotiation.
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English, German, French, or other European languages.
- Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics, including candidate conversion rates, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Strong understanding of the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
