Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead – Full Stack Development to lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in frontend and backend technologies, database management, RESTful API development, software architecture, and application deployment. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, reviewing code, defining technical standards, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Basic knowledge of AI/ML technologies and experience integrating AI-powered features into web applications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend and backend developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications.

· Define technical architecture, coding standards, development practices, and technology selection.

· Develop and review frontend components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.

· Design and develop backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs.

· Oversee database design, schema optimization, query performance, and data integrity.

· Implement secure authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and data protection mechanisms.

· Identify and resolve complex technical issues, application bugs, performance bottlenecks, and production incidents.

· Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

· Plan development tasks, estimate effort,



manage technical priorities, and ensure timely project delivery.

· Manage source code, branching strategies, and version control using Git.

· Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

· Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

· Support technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications wherever appropriate.

Required Technical Skills

1. Frontend Development

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.

2. Backend Development

- Strong hands-on experience with one or more backend technologies:
- Node.js with Express.js or NestJS
- Java with Spring Boot
- Python with Django or FastAPI
- C# with .NET
- Expertise in RESTful API design, integration, validation, and error handling.
- Understanding of middleware, authentication, authorization, and server-side security.
- Knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, and reusable service components.

3. Database Management

- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, transactions, and data integrity.

4. Software Architecture and DevOps

- Understanding of scalable application architecture, modular design, and microservices concepts.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
