Role Description The Tech Head Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the technical function and acting as a key partner to business and operations teams. The role involves overseeing technical support activities, guiding the technology roadmap, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring technical teams, analyzing operational issues, and implementing effective technological solutions.

The Tech Head

Partner will coordinate cross-functional communication, conduct training sessions to upskill team members, and establish best practices for technical operations. This role also requires monitoring performance metrics, maintaining documentation, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret data, and support technology decision-making.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, and to present technical information clearly.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support experience, including troubleshooting, incident management, and coordination with vendors or internal IT teams.
- Candidates should possess Team Management capabilities to lead, mentor, and organize technical staff and to align team goals with business objectives.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to design and deliver technical and process-related training sessions for team members and users.
- Relevant experience in leading technology or operations teams in a services environment, preferably in Gurgaon or similar markets.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, service management frameworks, and basic project management principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, or a related field; advanced certifications in IT or leadership are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
