Team Leader – Customer Service – Voice

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in hand)

Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (day shift)

Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)

Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of Customer Service Executives and be responsible for their performance, quality, and daily output. You will guide your team, handle escalated customer issues, and make sure service targets are consistently met.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of customer service executives
- Allocate daily work and monitor team productivity, call quality, and targets
- Handle escalated customer calls and complaints and resolve them on priority
- Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve team performance
- Train new joiners and conduct refresher sessions on processes and communication
- Track attendance, shift adherence, and manage team schedules
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management
- Identify performance gaps and create improvement plans for team members
- Ensure the team follows company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-driven work environment





Who Can Apply
- Qualification: HSC or Above
- Experience: 1–5 years in customer service, with at least 1 year as a Team Leader or Senior Executive handling a team
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Good knowledge of call quality parameters, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Ability to handle escalations calmly and professionally
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) and CRM tools
- Willingness to work in the 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM shift
