At Scinext, we’re building a different kind of talent pipeline for India’s BFSI sector. We train young graduates through certified programs, and banks and NBFCs hire them at zero hiring cost.

We’re a Training Partner and Institutional Associate of the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India, and our students prepare for NISM and DRA certification. The model works. Now we need a leader to take it to the next level.

I’m looking for someone who has built revenue, not just managed it.

What you’ll own:

? Recent revenue channels: college tie-ups, bank and NBFC partnerships, B2B training batches

? A predictable lead engine across Bihar, Jharkhand, UP and beyond





? Coaching our Sales Team Leaders and building processes that scale

Who you are:

? 8–12 years in EdTech, skilling, BFSI training or B2B education sales

? You have personally owned ₹25 lakh+ in monthly sales

? A strong network with colleges, banks or NBFCs

? A hands-on, ethical, people-first leader

? Patna / Mumbai (Hybrid)

? ₹8–12 LPA + revenue-linked variable

? Reports directly to me
