Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and construction-related positions. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, Apna, job portals, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR calls.
Understand candidate experience, salary expectations, notice period, and availability. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Follow up with selected candidates until joining. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily hiring updates.
Build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements. Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet monthly hiring targets. Coordinate offer letters, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
